Brief Description of DW Dynamic and assumptions about Bloch DW Dynamics

Abstract

This article not only described the research process in DW Dynamics during the latest 15 years based on six works which have representativeness, but also expressed author’ s assumption around the dynamics of Bloch DW in SOT at the condition without influences of DMI and external magnetic field and corrected some mistakes made by former researchers by using statistical physics. Specifically, statistical physics contributed to the correction by introducing probability density functions through the Fokker-Planck equation, thereby improving the description of Bloch DW stochastic dynamics. It also described what lacks in research of DW Dynamics nowadays and how to improve it.
