Refund Policy

The Journal of Philosophy and Social Science (JPSS) maintains a transparent policy regarding payments and refunds associated with publication services. Any fees paid to the journal, including article processing or publication-related charges, are considered non-refundable once the manuscript has entered the editorial or production process.

If an author withdraws the manuscript after the review or editorial evaluation has begun, the journal will not provide a refund for any payments already made, as administrative and editorial resources would have already been utilized. Similarly, once an article has been accepted, processed for publication, or published online, refunds will not be issued.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments or technical payment errors. In such cases, authors must contact the editorial office with proof of payment, and the matter will be reviewed by the journal administration.

By submitting a manuscript and making any applicable payments, authors acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy. The Journal of Philosophy and Social Science aims to maintain fairness and transparency in all financial and publication-related procedures.
